The Hong Kong Air Cadet Corps is a uniformed group under the policy aegis of the Home Affairs Bureau as well as a registered charitable body and a member organisation of the Hong Kong Community Chest. Whilst providing quality aviation education programmes to the young people of Hong Kong, the Corps aimed to empower them to become outstanding leaders and responsible citizens through a progressive syllabus of disciplined training, exchanges programmes and community services.
